The second is the headgear. The headgear is a fireproof layer between the head and the helmet. The hood is longer and is used to attach to the inside of the suit so that no part of the body is exposed to the air.

The third is the race suit. The race suit is another obvious sign of the driver. Usually, in the regular event, the driver should wear the team's race suit and do not need to buy it by himself.
